If you must reschedule or cancel an a la carte appointment,
please notify our front desk at least 24 hours in advance to
avoid being charged for the service. Failure to show
for appointments or to give proper notice to change
or cancel will result in a 100% charge for the reserved
services.

services are subject to a 20% gratuity. If a treatment is charged to your room a 20% gratuity will be automatically applied.
