Front Desk Hours
Summer: 8:00am - 9:00pm (PDT)
Winter: 8:00am - 8:00pm (PST)
Check-in: 4:00pm
Check-out: 11:00am
- Two-night minimum stay in High-Season (May 16th - October 15th) for all Lodge Suites and all Cabins.
- Three-night minimum stay for holiday stays.
- Lodge rooms are appropriate for children 14 years and older.
- All accommodations subject to Oregon Lodging Tax.
- Accommodation rates and availability are subject to change without notice.
Reservations
We highly recommend reservations, as we tend to book quickly. Drop-ins are welcome when accommodations are available. Because our Front Desk closes at 7:00pm in the winter & 9:00pm in the summer, please let us know if you will be arriving after that time so that we can make special arrangements for you.
Deposits
We require a 50% deposit to hold reservations. Upon receipt of deposit, we will confirm your reservation by mailing or emailing you a confirmation letter. Balance is due upon check out here at the lodge.
Cancellations and Refunds
Due to our small size, cancellations affect us significantly. Off-Season (October 16th- May 15th) you will be refunded in full if cancelled 72 hours prior to date of reservation. High-Season (May 16th - October 15th) deposit will be refunded if cancelled 30 days prior to arrival.
Smoking
In order to provide comfort to all our guests, we do not allow smoking. Smoking is permitted only on the grounds and away from all buildings, decks, balconies and all designated areas. One night room charge will be applied if violated.
Pet-Friendly Cabins
Pets are currently allowed in the Rustic Cabins as well as the The Falls Cabin and Guard Station. Pets must be kept on leash and cannot be left unattended. An additional charge of $10 per pet per night for Rustic Cabins $20 per night, per pet for other select cabins above does apply. The Lodge at Suttle Lake has a two-pet per cabin maximum. One night room charge will be applied if violated.
