The Lodge at Suttle Lake is very excited to have you out to enjoy the beauty of the Deschutes National Forest, and what better way then to celebrate, eat, drink, and share time with friends and/or family.

2014 The Lodge at Suttle Lake Salmon Bake and Cultural Event!

 

September 19th-20th

Lodging Still Available!

 

$35 per person Includes All Events:

 

 

Friday, September 19th

7:30pm: Legends of our area told around the bon fire with Wilson Wewa from the Confederated Tribes of Warm Springs. 

Smores following.

 

Saturday, September 20th

3pm: Fresh salmon will be baking over a bed of alder wood coals.  Native American beading demonstration near the teepee, as well as cooking fry bread for dinner.

 

6:00pm Dinner is Served. A Delicious buffet consisting of:

Fresh Baked Salmon

Fry Bread and all the fixings

Spice rubbed smoked brisket

Grilled corn with chili butter

NW wild rice salad

Sweet pepper potato hash

Garden salad with tomatoes, cucumbers, red onion and mushrooms

 

7-7:30: Drums and Dancing will begin

 

End your evening sitting around the bonfire enjoying conversation and smores!
